About the Secretariat
MPO's administration is located on Axeltorv in the center of Copenhagen. Here we are a team specialized in law, finance and administration. We work in an interdisciplinary and unpretentious environment to secure our members' conditions and create efficient management of music rights.
At the secretariat, we work closely with members, the board and music buyers. We are convinced that listening makes us better at our work. Dialogue is therefore at the heart of our work to strengthen our members' business foundation.

Complaints procedure
If you have complaints about MPO's case processing, administration, decisions or other matters, they will be brought before the MPO board at the next board meeting. In the secretariat, we work closely with members, the board and music buyers. To facilitate administration, we ask that you send your complaint in writing to maf@mpo.dk.
